Forest City Enterprises, Inc DRIP Details:
The Forest City Dividned ReInvestment Plan offers a less than ideal holding vehicle for your Forest City REOC investment with its requirement that you own at least 1 share before you enroll, however it does offer a 3% discount on all shares purchased. For most individual investors a low cost brokerage such as Share builder may be the lowest cost holding vehicle for your Forest City investment given the expense of acquiring a share in your name. If you plan to be a long term shareholder the ongoing discount on shares purchased through the plan may offset the initial costs to become a stockholder.
