Imperial Chemical Industries Dividend Reinvestment Plan allows initial purchases through the plan with free dividend reinvestment. However, optional investments cost $5 which is more than than the investment fee charged by low cost brokerages such as Sharebuilder. We would suggest looking at a low cost brokerage such as Sharebuilder as your lowest cost holding vehicle.
