JPMorgan Chase DRIP Details:
JP Morgan’s Investor Services Program allows investors to make an intial investment through the plan and offer no dividend reinvestment fees. We see the stock investment plan as a mediocre long term holding vehicle with its $15 account setup fee and $5 optional cash purchase fee. If you are planning on using the $2 automatic investment feature for the majority of your stock purchases the JPM DRIP plan maybe your lowest cost holding vehicle. However for most investors we believe a low cost brokerage like Sharebuilder will be your lowest cost holding vehicle.
